Could have been better

I bought this package because it said it had a shoe mounted flash and a tripod. When it was delivered, both these items were missing. After I put in a complaint they were shipped later. Also, the wrong remote was shipped - they sent one that was not Sony compatible. Again, they sent me the right one after I put in a claim. They resolved all of it, and refunded the $70 I had paid for expedited shipping. However, the quality of the accessories is disappointing. It is a relatively small tripod. The flash is not a real Sony flash, but some kind of plastic thing which disappointed me so much I haven't even tried. The car charger broke the first time I used it and the bag starts deteriorating after I've used it about 10 times. The camera itself works fine.Conclusion: I'm a little disappointed and next time I will probably just buy the camera and get the accessories separate. They messed up the first time, but service to resolve it was good.
